You’ll need:
\n2 cups water
\n2 tablespoons Dr. Bronner’s soap
\n1 tablespoon witch hazel
\n1 roll paper towel (preferably a brand that won’t break apart in water, such as Bounty)<\/p>\n
a) Cut a whole roll of paper towels crosswise in half. Remove the cardboard center.<\/p>\n
b) Place one of the halved rolls into an empty container big enough to hold it.<\/p>\n
c) In a bowl, mix together water, Dr. Bronner’s soap and witch hazel.<\/p>\n
