(I like a chunky texture. If you prefer a smoother texture, run it through the food processor.)<\/li>\n<li>Season to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with matzo or on toast.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span>Note<\/em>:\u00a0 Schmaltz is rendered chicken fat.
